# How to add new point clouds to an existing project

If you want to add new point cloud to an existing project, follow the steps below 

1. Open the project 
2. Click on the purple **+** on the **Project files** window on the bottom left of your screen

3. Select the scan you want to open or import a new scan into you scans library
