Click here to see a short video to show you how to manage scan groups

Create a group:

In the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, you'll see a list of all your imported scans. By default, they are all in the "Not in Group" group.

You can create as many groups as you like.

To create a new group, move the mouse pointer over this icon:

"Add group" then appears

Click on the icon and enter the name you wish to give to this group

Confirm... et voilà !

Adding a scan to a group

Now that you know how to create a group, here's how to add a scan to it

Click on a scan: either in the "Not in Group" list, or directly on the scan itself.
Once you've clicked on it, it appears highlighted in blue in the list.

In the list, click again, but this time hold down the mouse button. While holding down the click, you can now move the scan to the group you want.

You can repeat this operation as many times as you like

If you delete a group containing scans, they'll be deleted too! But don't panic, if this happens to you, simply press Ctrl + Z

Move several scans together in a group

Once several scans have been assembled on the sheet, you can select them together using the "Select and move items" tool.

Click and hold your mouse button and move your cursor (still holding your mouse button), enlarging the selection area to the appropriate size.
Release your mouse button. That's it! It's selected

You'll see that in the scan list, all scans selected in this way appear highlighted in blue.

In the list, click and hold on one of the scans. While holding down your click, you can now move the scans all together into the group you wish.

Once several scans have been placed in a group, they are surrounded by a dotted line on the sheet.
You can move them together by clicking and holding on the dotted line.

You can now organize your scans into groups!
