# How to share your projects from the iMapper platform

### Share your iMapper projects with anyone!

By clicking the **Share** button at the top right of the screen, you can create a link to share so that others can view your project in read-only mode.

|| People who receive the link will initially see the area of ​​the project you were on when sharing. 


They will be able to move around the plan, **take measurements** and **draw plans** on their computer but **nothing will be saved**. For example, you can:

*  **provide measurements to a craftsman** so that he can give you a quote quickly: he can make his own measurements and copy and paste the quantities from the quote directly
* **explain to a partner** a particular point of the site by putting a comment on the point cloud area
* **illustrate a call for tender** with a link to your iMapper project
* show your friends how **great** your projects (and iMapper) are!
