Leveling the iMapper with the bubble level
To level your iMapper use the round bubble level provided to check that the iMapper is horizontal (don’t use the level on the tripod it is not accurate enough). Fix the iMapper horizontally on the tripod. Put the bubble level on top of the iMapper Check if the bubble is in the center. If the bubble is not in the center, loosen the screw of the ball joint and slightly rotate it to have the bubble in the center on the top on the iMapper. This feature concerns iMapper Racer 1 & 2 only. At the beginning of a scan or during the scanning process with iMapper, you have the option to adjust the intervals between the point clouds according to your preference. To enter the setting mode, simply place your hand in front of the sensor within a range of 1 to 20 cm. Then, remove your hand with a quick vertical gesture, akin to a ninja's swift movement. On a computer, create a .txt file on the SD card Rename it forcetime.txt Put the SD card into the iMapper Start the iMapper, it takes the date and time of the creation of the forcetime.txt file and suppress the forcetime.txt file Check the next scans date when you import it on the iMapper platform, it should be the right date.
